It's not too early to be thinking of next summer, we will be happy to assist you in making your summer plans.  Stay a day or a week we will do our best to make your dreams come true.

Remember that if you stay a week your week does not have to be Saturday to Saturday.  Your week can start when you want it to start.

If you are renting one of our summer homes, they DO run by the week only and from Saturday to Saturday.  After Labor Day you can rent them nightly with a 2 night minimum.

We have added flat screen T.V.'s to all rooms along with offering a continental breakfast from 7:30am to 9:30am every morning.  We have been working on some of the rooms and summer homes.  The Gibby House is getting a  whole new bathroom with whirlpool tub new vanity with granite top and more.

Opening up for the summer of '12 will be the "Village House".  This home is located in the village of Northport, 1 block from shops, beaches, marina, great restraints and galleries.  The Village House will have 4 bedrooms, 31/2 baths, living room with fireplace, great front porch and beautiful landscaping.  Watch for more information and pictures in the spring of 2012.
