Text Box: For the months of June, July, and August both HOMES are rented by the week only.  Weekly rate for 2012 is $1,350 for Lange House and $1,250 for Gibby House.  After Labor Day both houses are available for 2 or more nightly stays.Any of the MOTEL rooms can be rented by the night, several nights or by the week.
