Guest Notice: Sunrise Landing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms and will be charged for damage. All rooms are non-smoking, if smoked in, guest will be charged $150.00 extra per night per room. Motel check-in is after 3:00PM and before 9:00PM, if late check-in is necessary please call and make arrangements. Check-out is 10:00AM. Lange House and Gibby House check in is after 4:PM and check out is 10:00AM Reservations, motel rooms: Nightly reservation:  One nights stay deposit Weekly reservations: Deposit of $250.00 at time of reservation then balance due upon arrival. Cancellations, motel rooms: You have 30 days prior to arrival to cancel without losing your deposit, less than 30 days will lose the deposit. Reservations, Lange House and Gibby House: At time of reservation a deposit of 50% is required with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations, Lange House and Gibby House: 60 days prior to arrival reservation can be canceled without losing the deposit.  Less than 60 days will lose deposit.
