Notice: Sunrise Landing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will
not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money,
jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests are responsible for any damage to
rooms and will be charged for damage. All rooms are non-smoking, if smoked in,
guest will be charged $150.00 extra per night per room.
Motel check-in is after 3:00PM and before 9:00PM, if late check-in is necessary
please call
and make arrangements. Check-out is 10:00AM.
Lange House and Gibby House check in is after 4:PM and check out is 10:00AM
Reservations, motel rooms:
Nightly reservation, 1 to 4 nights, 100% deposit due at time of reservation.
Weekly reservations 5 nights or longer, 50% deposit is due at reservation with
balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations, motel rooms:
Nightly reservations, 1 to 4 nights, if cancellation occurs with in 1 week of
arrival no refund will be issued. A cancellation of more than the above notice
will receive a refund minus 15% of the total reservation.
Weekly reservations, 5 nights or longer, if cancellation occurs within 30 days
of arrival no refund will be issued. A cancellation of more than the above
notice will receive a refund minus 15% of the total reservation.
Reservations, Lange House and Gibby House:
Deposit of $500.00 required at time of reservation, remainder due 30 days prior
to arrival.
Cancellations, Lange House and Gibby House:
If made 30 days of arrival, forfeit of deposit. If made more than 30 days will
receive refund minus 15%.
