Booking Terms:
Please review our terms and conditions below prior to making a reservation.
Deposit
There is a 50% deposit on all individual bookings, taken when the reservation is made.
Payment
Total remaining balance for a reservation is due seven days prior to arrival. Once checked in, there is a no-refund policy for an early check out.
Pet Policy
We love animals, but we do not allow them to stay in the rooms. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends prior to making a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a $35 restocking fee for all Cancellations.
You have until 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of your deposit (minus restocking fee), and 60 days prior to arrival for week-long stays(minus restocking fee).
7 days prior to arrival, the entire stay is non-refundable. No exceptions for sickness, unexpected family events, or rain! Thank you for supporting small businesses in Leelanau County!
If you wish to cancel a reservation, please let us know through an email.
Group Bookings / Multiple Room Reservations
For reservations with multiple rooms or full-buyouts: There is a 25% deposit required to secure a booking. (You have 7 days after the time of booking to make changes without penalty, but after the 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable).
On January 15th of the same year, 50% is due and non-refundable, and 60 days prior to check-in, the full balance is due and non-refundable.
